August 2001
Ehrfeld Mikrotechnik AG starts its business activities in Wendelsheim (Germany). Core business is the development and marketing of microreactor modules as well as the process development by costumer´s order.

May 2003
The Modular Microreaction System is launched onto market.

August 2004
Bayer Technology Services GmbH founds Ehrfeld Mikrotechnik BTS GmbH.

September 2004
Ehrfeld Mikrotechnik BTS GmbH takes over all shares and business activities of Ehrfeld Mikrotechnik AG. Dr.-Ing. Olaf Stange is appointed managing director of Ehrfeld Mikrotechnik BTS GmbH.

Oktober 2004
Ehrfeld Mikrotechnik BTS GmbH employs ten staff.

August 2007
Ehrfeld Mikrotechnik BTS GmbH has been awarded the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificate by TÜV Rheinland.

Launch of Miprowa® High Performance Reactors.

Ehrfeld Mikrotechnik BTS and Lonza cooperate in the microreactor technology. Ehrfeld Mikrotechnik BTS is the exclusive manufacturer and marketer of Lonza microreactors.

March 2010
Dr.-Ing. Joachim Heck succeeded Dr.-Ing. Olaf Stange as Managing Director of Ehrfeld Mikrotechnik BTS GmbH.
